Any of our non-domestic clients undertaking construction or refurbishment works have a legal duty of care under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007), to ensure that their construction or refurbishment projects are safe to build, use and maintain.
If these regulations are relevant to your building or refurbishment project you will need to appoint a CDM Coordinator. Without appointing a CDM Coordinator you would be held liable if any of these regulations are not met.
Under the CDM Regulations Lime’s vetted & approved Surveyors act as CDM Coordinators upon the following types of schemes:

Common parts repairs and decorations
Cyclical maintenance
Reactive maintenance and repairs
